Yonge Lab processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• App usage statistics and performance analysis (anonymized data)
• Handling complaints and civil petitions
• Service improvement and new feature development

2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

Yonge Lab processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information according to laws or the period of retention and use of personal information agreed upon when collecting personal information from data subjects.

• **App usage statistics**: Retained for 1 year as anonymized data
• **Error logs**: Retained for 6 months for app improvement
• **Customer inquiries**: Retained for 1 year after inquiry processing completion

Rights may be exercised against Yonge Lab through writing, telephone, email, facsimile transmission (FAX), etc., and Yonge Lab will take action without delay.

Yonge Lab processes the following personal information items.

• **Error logs**: App crash information, performance data (anonymized)
• **Customer inquiries**: Inquiry content, contact information (only when inquiring)
• **Device information**: OS version, app version (anonymized)

5. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

Yonge Lab destroys personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary due to expiration of retention period or achievement of processing purpose.

Destruction Procedure

Information entered by users is moved to a separate database (or separate documents in case of paper) after achieving the purpose and is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other related laws, or destroyed immediately. At this time, personal information moved to the database is not used for purposes other than those specified by law.

Destruction Method

• **Electronic file format**: Permanent deletion so that it cannot be recovered or regenerated
• **Records, printed materials, documents, and other recording media**: Shredding or incineration

6. Personal Information Protection Officer

Yonge Lab is responsible for overseeing personal information processing tasks and has designated a personal information protection officer as follows to handle complaints and damage relief related to personal information processing.

7. Matters Concerning Changes to Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is effective from December 19, 2024. If there are additions, deletions, or corrections to the content according to laws and policies, we will notify through announcements at least 7 days before the revision.
